Mary Laughlin is appointed to replace Stephen Foxley as a member who is an insurance payer representative for the Health Data Committee, a term to expire June 20, 2028. See Utah Code 26B-1-413(6)(f)(iii).

3.    Nate Checketts, Office of Inspector General of Medicaid Services

Nate Checketts is appointed as the new inspector general of Medicaid services for the Office of Inspector General of Medicaid Services, for a four-year term to expire on April 6, 2030. See Utah Code 63A-13-201(2)(a) and 63A-13-201(4)(a).
