the advice and consent of the Senate, the Governor has appointed Matt Tippets
to replace Jack Lytle as
a member who is a locally elected official who resides in Duchesne, Daggett,
or Uintah County for the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board, a term to
expire May 27, 2030. See Utah Code 35A-8-304(1)(f).
