The committee will receive a presentation from the Utah Department of Corrections (UDC) and review two sunsets: the Correctional Postnatal and Early Childhood Advisory Board (64-13-46.1) and a required report on treatment and program opportunities to reduce recidivism (64-13-6(3)(b)).

4.    Medical Cannabis Use by Individuals Under AP&P Supervision

The committee will receive a presentation from UDC’s Division of Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) on medical cannabis use by individuals under supervision and the division’s access to relevant databases.

5.    Public Safety Interagency Agreement Sunset Review

The committee will receive presentations from the Salt Lake City Police Department and the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to review the sunset for the public safety interagency agreement (Title 53, Chapter 31).
