The commission will discuss the federal funds risk analysis and dashboard efforts by the Utah State University Jon M. Huntsman School of Business addressing state dependency on federal funds and a model for economic scenarios to inform federal funds contingency planning.

The commission will discuss the requirements of S.B. 100 Federalism Revisions, 2026 Session, regarding the reporting of federal guidance letters.
