8. Sunset Reviews

The committee will conduct four sunset reviews: (1) Sections 19-4-115, 26B-2-407, and 53G-9-212, which address drinking water quality in schools and child care centers, (2) Section 63L-11-204, which addresses a resource management plan for Provo Canyon, (3) Section 4-39-104, which addresses the Domesticated Elk Act advisory council, and (4) Title 4, Chapter 46, Part 2 and Sections 4-46-304(2)(d), and 4-46-401(3)(a), which address the Land Conservation Board. These statutes will sunset on July 1, 2027, if the Legislature takes no action.
