2.    Consideration of the Appointment of Brian Martinez to the Water Quality Board

Brian Martinez is appointed to replace Michelle Kaufusi as a government representative

who does not represent the federal government for the Water Quality Board, for the remainder of

the term to expire March 1, 2027. See Utah Code 19-5-103(1)(b)(ii).

3.    Consideration of the Appointment of Annalise Keen to the Compassionate Use Board

Annalise Keen is reappointed as a member of the Compassionate Use Board, a

term to expire October 21, 2030. See Utah Code 4-41A-112(1).
