The committee will receive a presentation from the Office of the Legislative Auditor General on A Performance Audit of the Division of Facilities and Construction Management.

3.    Performance Audit of Examination of Utah's Election System

The committee will receive a presentation from the Office of the Legislative Auditor General on A Performance Audit of Utah's Election System.

4.    Election Integrity, Security, Voter Participation

The committee will receive a presentation from the Gary R. Herbert Institute for Public Policy and the Center for Constitutional Studies at Utah Valley University on a study regarding election integrity, security, and voter participation.

5.    Draft Legislation, Voter Registration Records Amendments

The committee will consider draft legislation that would modify provisions relating to access to voter records, expand categories of at-risk voters, and modify requirements for at-risk voter eligibility.

6.    Performance Audit of the Utah Judicial Conduct Commission

The committee will receive a presentation from the Office of the Legislative Auditor General on A Performance Audit of the Utah Judicial Conduct Commission.

7.    Utah Privacy Commission Report

The committee will receive a presentation from the Utah Privacy Commission on the commission's annual report, including results of reviews conducted by the commission and guiding standards and best practices.
