Repealer.Short title.Public policy."Employer" defined.Agreement, understanding or practice denying right to work declared illegal.Any agreement, understanding or practice designed to violate chapter declared illegal.Conduct forcing violation of act illegal -- Peaceful and orderly solicitation excepted.Compelling person to join or not join labor union unlawful.Employer not to require union membership.Employer not to require person to abstain from union membership.Employer not to require payment of dues, fees, or other charges to union.Injunctive relief -- Damages.Injunction against violating chapter.Damages for denial or deprivation of continuation of employment.Existing contracts -- Chapter applicable upon renewal or extension.Right to bargain collectively not denied.Right to bargain collectively not denied.Violation of act a misdemeanor.

Section 2. Effective Date.(1)Except as provided in Subsection (2), this bill takes effect May 6, 2026.(2)The actions affecting Section 34-34-16 take effect on November 28, 2026.
