Section <bold>78A-5-103</bold> is amended to read:</secline><catline lineno="28"><bold>78A-5-103<parens><paren sort="00" type="original" show="true"><effect>Effective </effect><date>01/01/27</date></paren></parens>. District court case management -- Establishment <ln numlevel="1" lineno="29" slineno="1-3"/>of a division of the district court.</bold></catline><subsection ssid="1-35" dnum="_-o:1-i" numlevel="1" lineno="30" slineno="1-4" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="1" placement="noreturn"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1000" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(1)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="132" groupid="105" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">As used in this section, "debt collection or housing action" means a civil action in the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="31" slineno="1-5"/>district court:</amend><subsection ssid="1-37" dnum="_-o:a-i" numlevel="1" lineno="32" slineno="1-6" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1001" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(a)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="141" groupid="112" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">for forcible entry and detainer as described in Title 78B, Chapter 6, Part 8, Forcible <ln numlevel="1" lineno="33" slineno="1-7"/>Entry and Detainer; or</amend></subsection><subsection ssid="1-38" dnum="_-o:b-i" numlevel="1" lineno="34" slineno="1-8" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1002" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(b)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="144" groupid="114" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">that is eligible to be filed as a debt collection case on or after January 1, 2027.</amend></subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="1-null-1" dnum="1-o:2-i" numlevel="1" lineno="35" slineno="1-9" level="1"><display><amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="1003" style="2" owner="o" level="1" deltag="both">(1)</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1004" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">(2)</amend></display>The district court of each district shall develop systems of case management.</subsection><subsection ssid="1-null-2" dnum="2-o:3-i" numlevel="1" lineno="36" slineno="1-10" level="1"><display><amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="1004" style="2" owner="o" level="1" deltag="both">(2)</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1005" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">(3)</amend></display>The case management systems developed by a district court shall:<subsection ssid="1-null-3" dnum="a-o" numlevel="1" lineno="37" slineno="1-11" level="2"><display>(a)</display>ensure judicial accountability for the just and timely disposition of cases; and</subsection><subsection ssid="1-null-4" dnum="b-o" numlevel="1" lineno="38" slineno="1-12" level="2"><display>(b)</display>provide for each judge a full judicial work load that accommodates differences in the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="39" slineno="1-13"/>subject matter or complexity of cases assigned to different judges.</subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="1-null-5" dnum="3-o:4-i" numlevel="1" lineno="40" slineno="1-14" level="1" space="false"><display><amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="1007" style="2" owner="o" level="1" deltag="both">(3)</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1008" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start" space="true">(4)</amend></display><subsection ssid="1-43" dnum="_-o:a-i" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2" placement="sameline"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1008" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="end">(a)</amend></display><amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="59" groupid="47" style="2" owner="ahaskell" level="1" deltag="both">A district court</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="158" groupid="125" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">The Judicial Council</amend> may establish divisions within the <amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="101" groupid="81" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="both"><ln numlevel="1" lineno="41" slineno="1-15"/>district </amend>court for the efficient management of different types of cases<amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="60" groupid="48" style="2" owner="ahaskell" level="1" deltag="both">.</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="84" groupid="67" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">, including a <ln numlevel="1" lineno="42" slineno="1-16"/>division to manage any debt collection or housing action.</amend>  </subsection><subsection ssid="1-31" dnum="_-o:b-i" numlevel="1" lineno="43" slineno="1-17" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1009" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(b)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="114" groupid="91" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">Upon establishing a division under Subsection <xref depth="4" refnumber="78A-5-103(4)(a)">(4)(a)</xref>, the Judicial Council shall <ln numlevel="1" lineno="44" slineno="1-18"/>allocate sufficient resources from appropriations made by the Legislature for the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="45" slineno="1-19"/>division, including the appointment or hiring of commissioners or judicial assistants <ln numlevel="1" lineno="46" slineno="1-20"/>to staff the division.</amend></subsection><subsection ssid="1-30" dnum="_-o:c-i" numlevel="1" lineno="47" slineno="1-21" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1010" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="both">(c)</amend></display>The existence of divisions within the court may not:<subsection ssid="1-null-6" dnum="a-o:i-i" numlevel="1" lineno="48" slineno="1-22" level="3"><display><amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="1011" style="2" owner="o" level="1" deltag="both">(a)</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1012" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">(i)</amend></display>affect the jurisdiction of the court nor the validity of court orders; or</subsection><subsection ssid="1-null-7" dnum="b-o:ii-i" numlevel="1" lineno="49" slineno="1-23" level="3"><display><amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="1012" style="2" owner="o" level="1" deltag="both">(b)</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1013" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">(ii)</amend></display>impede public access to the courts.</subsection></subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="1-32" dnum="_-o:5-i" numlevel="1" lineno="50" slineno="1-24" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="1" space="false"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1013" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(5)</amend></display><subsection ssid="1-34" dnum="_-o:a-i" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2" placement="sameline"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1014" style="1" owner="i" level="1">(a)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="131" groupid="104" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">Notwithstanding the venue requirements in Title 78B, Chapter 3a, Venue for Civil <ln numlevel="1" lineno="51" slineno="1-25"/>Actions, for a debt collection or housing action, the district court shall transfer any <ln numlevel="1" lineno="52" slineno="1-26"/>debt collection or housing action to the division established under Subsection <xref depth="4" refnumber="78A-5-103(4)">(4)</xref> for <ln numlevel="1" lineno="53" slineno="1-27"/>centralized pretrial and post judgment case processing.</amend></subsection><subsection ssid="1-33" dnum="_-o:b-i" numlevel="1" lineno="54" slineno="1-28" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1015" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(b)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="126" groupid="100" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">The division may transfer a debt collection or housing action to a venue for which a <ln numlevel="1" lineno="55" slineno="1-29"/>district court determines is proper under Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 42, if:</amend><subsection ssid="1-39" dnum="_-o:i-i" numlevel="1" lineno="56" slineno="1-30" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="3"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1016" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(i)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="152" groupid="120" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">the debt collection or housing action is set for trial; or</amend></subsection><subsection ssid="1-40" dnum="_-o:ii-i" numlevel="1" lineno="57" slineno="1-31" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="3"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1017" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(ii)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="157" groupid="124" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">the debt collection or housing action requires an evidentiary hearing that is not an <ln numlevel="1" lineno="58" slineno="1-32"/>evidentiary hearing under Title 78B, Chapter 6, Part 8, Forcible Entry and <ln numlevel="1" lineno="59" slineno="1-33"/>Detainer.</amend></subsection></subsection></subsection></section></bsec><bsec buid="9" num="78A-10a-203" type="amend" src="code" uid="C78A-10a-S203_1800010118000101" sort="78A10a02030018000101" numlevel="1" lineno="60" slineno="2-1" sn="2"><section number="78A-10a-203" numlevel="1" lineno="61" slineno="2-2" type="amend"><secline lineno="60">Section 2. Section <bold>78A-10a-203</bold> is amended to read:</secline><catline lineno="61"><bold>78A-10a-203<parens><paren sort="00" type="original" show="true"><effect>Effective </effect><date>upon governor's approval</date></paren></parens>. Procedures for judicial <ln numlevel="1" lineno="62" slineno="2-3"/>nomination commission -- Meetings -- Certification -- Governor appointment.</bold></catline><subsection ssid="9-null-1" dnum="1-o" numlevel="1" lineno="63" slineno="2-4" level="1" placement="noreturn" space="false"><display>(1)</display><subsection ssid="9-null-2" dnum="a-o" level="2" placement="sameline"><display>(a)</display>A commission may:<subsection ssid="9-null-3" dnum="i-o" numlevel="1" lineno="64" slineno="2-5" level="3" tab="1"><display>(i)</display>meet as necessary to perform the commission's function; and</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-4" dnum="ii-o" numlevel="1" lineno="65" slineno="2-6" level="3" tab="1"><display>(ii)</display>investigate the applicants of a judicial vacancy, including seeking input from <ln numlevel="1" lineno="66" slineno="2-7"/>members and employees of the judiciary and the community.</subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-5" dnum="b-o" numlevel="1" lineno="67" slineno="2-8" level="2"><display>(b)</display>A commission may consult with the Judicial Council regarding the applicants for a <ln numlevel="1" lineno="68" slineno="2-9"/>judicial vacancy.</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-6" dnum="c-o" numlevel="1" lineno="69" slineno="2-10" level="2"><display>(c)</display>A commission is exempt from the requirements of <xref depth="1" refnumber="52-4" start="0">Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and <ln numlevel="1" lineno="70" slineno="2-11"/>Public Meetings Act</xref>.</subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-7" dnum="2-o" numlevel="1" lineno="71" slineno="2-12" level="1"><display>(2)</display>In determining which of the applicants are the most qualified, a commission shall <ln numlevel="1" lineno="72" slineno="2-13"/>determine by a majority vote of the commissioners present which of the applicants best <ln numlevel="1" lineno="73" slineno="2-14"/>possess the ability, temperament, training, and experience that qualifies an applicant for <ln numlevel="1" lineno="74" slineno="2-15"/>the office.</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-8" dnum="3-o" numlevel="1" lineno="75" slineno="2-16" level="1" space="false"><display>(3)</display><subsection ssid="9-null-9" dnum="a-o" level="2" placement="sameline"><display>(a)</display>Except as provided under <amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="8" groupid="7" style="2" owner="ahaskell" level="1" deltag="both">Subsection <xref depth="4" refnumber="78A-10a-203(3)(b)" start="0">(3)(b)</xref></amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="7" groupid="6" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">Subsections <xref depth="4" refnumber="78A-10a-203(3)(b)">(3)(b)</xref> and <xref depth="4" refnumber="78A-10a-203(c)">(c)</xref></amend>:<subsection ssid="9-null-10" dnum="i-o" numlevel="1" lineno="76" slineno="2-17" level="3" tab="1"><display>(i)</display>the <amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="16" groupid="14" style="2" owner="ahaskell" level="1" deltag="both">appellate court nominating commission</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="14" groupid="12" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">Appellate Court Nominating <ln numlevel="1" lineno="77" slineno="2-18"/>Commission</amend> shall certify to the governor a list of the seven most qualified <ln numlevel="1" lineno="78" slineno="2-19"/>applicants per judicial vacancy;</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-11" dnum="ii-o" numlevel="1" lineno="79" slineno="2-20" level="3" tab="1"><display>(ii)</display>a district and juvenile court nominating commission shall certify to the governor a <ln numlevel="1" lineno="80" slineno="2-21"/>list of the five most qualified applicants per judicial vacancy; and</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-12" dnum="iii-o" numlevel="1" lineno="81" slineno="2-22" level="3" tab="1"><display>(iii)</display>the <amendoutstart style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="erase" pairid="17" groupid="15" style="2" owner="ahaskell" level="1" deltag="both">business and chancery court nominating commission</amend><amendoutend style="2"/><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="15" groupid="13" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="both" space="true">Business and Chancery <ln numlevel="1" lineno="82" slineno="2-23"/>Court Nominating Commission</amend> shall certify to the governor a list of the seven <ln numlevel="1" lineno="83" slineno="2-24"/>most qualified applicants per judicial vacancy.</subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-13" dnum="b-o" numlevel="1" lineno="84" slineno="2-25" level="2"><display>(b)</display>If a commission is considering applicants for more than one judicial vacancy existing <ln numlevel="1" lineno="85" slineno="2-26"/>at the same time and for the same court, the commission shall include one additional <ln numlevel="1" lineno="86" slineno="2-27"/>applicant for each additional judicial vacancy in the court in the list of applicants the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="87" slineno="2-28"/>commission certifies to the governor.</subsection><subsection ssid="9-34" dnum="_-o:c-i" numlevel="1" lineno="88" slineno="2-29" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1031" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(c)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="9" groupid="8" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">Notwithstanding Subsection <xref depth="4" refnumber="78A-10a-203(3)(b)">(3)(b)</xref>, if the Appellate Court Nominating Commission <ln numlevel="1" lineno="89" slineno="2-30"/>is considering applicants for more than one judicial vacancy existing at the same time <ln numlevel="1" lineno="90" slineno="2-31"/>and for the same appellate court, the Appellate Court Nominating Commission shall <ln numlevel="1" lineno="91" slineno="2-32"/>include five additional applicants for each additional judicial vacancy in the appellate <ln numlevel="1" lineno="92" slineno="2-33"/>court in the list that the Appellate Court Nominating Commission certifies to the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="93" slineno="2-34"/>governor.</amend></subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-14" dnum="4-o" numlevel="1" lineno="94" slineno="2-35" level="1"><display>(4)</display>A commission shall certify a list to the governor under Subsection <xref depth="4" refnumber="78A-10a-203(3)" start="0">(3)</xref> no more than 45 <ln numlevel="1" lineno="95" slineno="2-36"/>days after convening in accordance with Section <xref depth="3" refnumber="78A-10a-202" start="0">78A-10a-202</xref>.</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-15" dnum="5-o" numlevel="1" lineno="96" slineno="2-37" level="1"><display>(5)</display>A commission shall, at the time that the commission certifies a list of the most qualified <ln numlevel="1" lineno="97" slineno="2-38"/>applicants to the governor, submit the same list to the president of the Senate, the Senate <ln numlevel="1" lineno="98" slineno="2-39"/>minority leader, and the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel.</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-16" dnum="6-o" numlevel="1" lineno="99" slineno="2-40" level="1"><display>(6)</display>A commission shall ensure that the list of applicants certified to the governor:<subsection ssid="9-null-17" dnum="a-o" numlevel="1" lineno="100" slineno="2-41" level="2"><display>(a)</display>meet the qualifications required by law to fill the office; and</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-18" dnum="b-o" numlevel="1" lineno="101" slineno="2-42" level="2"><display>(b)</display>are willing to serve.</subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-19" dnum="7-o" numlevel="1" lineno="102" slineno="2-43" level="1"><display>(7)</display>In determining which of the applicants are the most qualified, a commission may not <ln numlevel="1" lineno="103" slineno="2-44"/>decline to certify an applicant's name to the governor because:<subsection ssid="9-null-20" dnum="a-o" numlevel="1" lineno="104" slineno="2-45" level="2"><display>(a)</display>the commission declined to submit that applicant's name to the governor to fill a <ln numlevel="1" lineno="105" slineno="2-46"/>previous judicial vacancy;</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-21" dnum="b-o" numlevel="1" lineno="106" slineno="2-47" level="2"><display>(b)</display>a previous commission declined to submit that applicant's name to the governor; or</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-22" dnum="c-o" numlevel="1" lineno="107" slineno="2-48" level="2"><display>(c)</display>the commission or a previous commission submitted the applicant's name to the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="108" slineno="2-49"/>governor and the governor selected another individual to fill the judicial vacancy.</subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-23" dnum="8-o" numlevel="1" lineno="109" slineno="2-50" level="1"><display>(8)</display>A commission may not certify:<subsection ssid="9-null-24" dnum="a-o" numlevel="1" lineno="110" slineno="2-51" level="2"><display>(a)</display>an applicant who is a justice or judge that was not retained by the voters for the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="111" slineno="2-52"/>office for which the justice or judge was defeated until after the expiration of that <ln numlevel="1" lineno="112" slineno="2-53"/>justice's or judge's term of office; and</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-25" dnum="b-o" numlevel="1" lineno="113" slineno="2-54" level="2"><display>(b)</display>an applicant who has served on a commission within six months after the day on <ln numlevel="1" lineno="114" slineno="2-55"/>which the commission was last convened.</subsection></subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-26" dnum="9-o" numlevel="1" lineno="115" slineno="2-56" level="1"><display>(9)</display>The governor shall fill a judicial vacancy within 30 days after the day on which the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="116" slineno="2-57"/>governor received the list of nominees from the commission.</subsection><subsection ssid="9-null-27" dnum="10-o" numlevel="1" lineno="117" slineno="2-58" level="1"><display>(10)</display>If the governor fails to fill a judicial vacancy within 30 days after the day on which the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="118" slineno="2-59"/>governor received the list of nominees from the commission, the chief justice of the <ln numlevel="1" lineno="119" slineno="2-60"/>Supreme Court shall, within 20 days, appoint an applicant from the list of nominees <ln numlevel="1" lineno="120" slineno="2-61"/>certified to the governor by the commission.</subsection></section></bsec><bsec buid="17" type="uncod" untype="effdate" src="uncod" uid="EF0000" sort="UZEFF" langlock="true" numlevel="1" lineno="121" slineno="3-1" sn="3"><section type="uncod" untype="effdate" display="false" src="uncod"><secline lineno="121">Section 3.  <bold>Effective Date.</bold></secline><subsection ssid="17-1" numlevel="1" lineno="122" slineno="3-2" dnum="_-o:1-i" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="1" placement="noreturn"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1046" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(1)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="3" groupid="2" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">Except as provided in Subsection (2), this bill takes effect:</amend><subsection ssid="17-2" numlevel="1" lineno="123" slineno="3-3" dnum="_-o:a-i" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1047" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(a)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="6" groupid="4" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" m-anum="0" m-ea="amend" m-pairid="8" m-groupid="6" m-style="1" m-owner="ahaskell" m-level="1" amendtag="end">except as provided in Subsection (1)(b), <effdate uid="code" date="5/6/2026">May 6, 2026</effdate>; or</amend></subsection><subsection ssid="17-3" numlevel="1" lineno="124" slineno="3-4" dnum="_-o:b-i" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="2"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1048" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(b)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="11" groupid="8" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">if approved by two-thirds of all members elected to each house:</amend><subsection ssid="17-4" numlevel="1" lineno="125" slineno="3-5" dnum="_-o:i-i" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="3"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1049" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(i)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="14" groupid="10" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">upon approval by the governor;</amend></subsection><subsection ssid="17-5" numlevel="1" lineno="126" slineno="3-6" dnum="_-o:ii-i" ea="amend" anum="0" owner="ahaskell" style="1" level="3"><display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="1050" style="1" owner="i" level="1" amendtag="start">(ii)</amend></display><amend anum="0" ea="amend" pairid="17" groupid="12" style="1" owner="ahaskell" level="1" amendtag="end">without the governor's signature, the day following the constitutional time limit of <ln numlevel="1" lineno="127" slineno="3-7"/>Utah Constitution, Article VII, Section 8;
