Rep. Stephen G. Handy explained the bill and distributed a handout. Rep. Handy was assisted by Mr. Brad Walker, Utah Funeral Directors Association, and Mr. Cole Houghton, Tate Mortuary.
Ms. Joyce Mitchell, Funeral Consumers Alliance of Utah, spoke in favor of the bill.
