Rep. Poulson moved to replace H.B. 376 with 1st Substitute H.B. 376.
Rep. Wilde moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 376 out favorably.
Rep. Ward moved to place 1st Substitute H.B. 376 on the Consent Calendar.
