Rep. Handy presented the bill with the assistance of Mr. Frederick MacDonald, attorney, MacDonald and Miller Mineral Legal Services; Mr. Lee Peacock, President, Utah Petroleum Association; and Mr. Ruland Gill, Chairman, Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining.
Rep. Handy moved to amend H.B. 419 with Amendment #1.
Rep. Albrecht moved to pass H.B. 419 out favorably.
Rep. Arent moved to approve the minutes of the February 22, 2018, meeting.
