 Sen. Hillyard moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 380 with Amendment #1.
 Ms. Brenda Van Gorder, Director, Preschool Services, Granite School District, spoke in favor of the bill.
 Ms. Elizabeth Garbe, Senior Director of Government Relations and Public Policy, United Way of Salt Lake, spoke in favor of the bill.
