 Rep. Elizabeth Weight presented the bill to the committee.

 Rep. Moss moved to recommend H.B. 333 be an interim study item.
 H.C.R. 20 Concurrent Resolution Recommending the Statue of Philo T. Farnsworth Be Donated (Stenquist, J.)
 Rep. Jeffrey D. Stenquist presented the resolution to the committee and requested 2nd Substitute H.C.R. 20 be adopted.
 Rep. Hutchings moved to replace H.C.R. 20 with 2nd Substitute H.C.R. 20.
 Rep. Hutchings moved to pass 2nd Substitute H.C.R. 20 out favorably.
 H.B. 333 Workforce Development Incentives Amendments (Harrison, S.)
 Rep. Harrison presented the bill to the committee.

 Rep. Musselman moved to replace H.B. 264 with 1st Substitute H.B. 264.
 Rep. Maloy moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 264 with Amendment #1.
 Rep. Harrison moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 264 out favorably as amended.
 Rep. Musselman moved to adjourn.
