Rep. Sandra Hollins explained the bill with the assistance of Edward Thompson, and Bridget Shears, both of the Martin Luther King Commission, and former Rep. Rebecca Chavez-Houck.
Rep. Kwan moved to replace H.B. 318 with 1st Substitute H.B. 318. The motion passed unanimously.
Rep. Christiansen moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 318 with Amendment #1. The motion passed unanimously.
Rep. Harrison moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 318 as amended out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
1st Sub. S.B. 150 Transportation Governance and Funding Amendments

Sen. Wayne A. Harper explained the bill.
