Mr. Brian Allfrey, Executive Director, Utah Press Association, spoke in opposition to the bill. Rep. Roberts moved to pass H.B. 245 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 13-0-0. Chair Pitcher moved to place H.B. 245 on the Consent Calendar. Chair Pitcher withdrew his motion. H.B. 229 Amendments Relating to Local Districts (McCay, D.) Rep.
