Licensed Lawful Occupation Review: Private Investigator Regulation Act |

| Ms. Mindy Lindquist, Criminal Complaint Specialist, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, responded to questions and comments from the committee. |

| Mr. Kevin Wyatt, President, Private Investigators Association of Utah, responded to questions and comments from the committee. |
|
| Sen. Harper requested information from committee staff on firearm licensing requirements, etc. |
|
| Chair Weiler requested Mr. Sweet to introduce himself and respond to committee questions. |
|
| Mr. John Michael Zimmerle, private investigator and board member, Private Investigators Association of Utah, addressed firearm and private investigator requirements and responded to questions and comments from the committee. |

| Mr. Grant Roll, Secretary, Private Investigators Association of Utah, addressed private investigator requirements and responded to questions and comments from the committee. |
