1. H.B. 108 SAFE Act Exemptions (Daw, B.)
Rep. Brad M. Daw presented the bill with the assistance of Ms. Kena Jo Matthews, Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity of Utah County, and Ms. June Hiatt, Community Development Corporation of Utah.
MOTION: Rep. McKell moved to amend H.B. 108 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 9-0-5.
