Sen. Daniel Hemmert presented the bill with the assistance of Commissioner Jaceson Maughan, Utah Labor Commission.
MOTION: Sen. Buxton moved to replace S.B. 75 with 1st Substitute S.B. 75. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-4.
