        58-1-301.3. Waiver of licensing fees.

                { (1) } An individual applicant for licensure under this title may apply for licensure

        without paying the fees described in Subsection 58-1-301(1) if the applicant provides evidence
28
        to the division in a form prescribed by the division that at the time of the application the applicant is:
29
                { (a) } (1) on full-time active service with a branch of the armed forces of the United States,
30
        including an applicant who is on full-time active duty orders with the National Guard or
31
        reserve component of the armed forces; or
32
                { (b) } (2) receiving public assistance through one of the following programs administered by
33
        the Department of Workforce Services:

                { (i) } (a) the Family Employment Program described in Section 35A-3-302; or
35
                { (ii) } (b) General Assistance described in Section 35A-3-401.

                { (2) The division may make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah
37
        Administrative Rulemaking Act, to implement the requirements of this section. }
