MOTION: Rep. Lisonbee moved to approve the minutes of the February 15, 2018, meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-4.

Ms. Kim Cordova, Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice, spoke in favor of the 2nd substitute.
MOTION: Rep. Quinn moved to replace 1st Substitute H.B. 287 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 287. The motion passed with a vote of 11-0-1.
