Chair Anderegg called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Buxton moved to approve the minutes of February 13, 2018. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-4.

Sen. Christensen presented the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to amend S.B. 142 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-3.

        the Legislature[; and].
