Vice Chair Hawkes called the meeting to order at 5:23 p.m.
1. H.B. 383 Work Environment and Grievance Procedure Amendments (Christensen, L.)
Rep. Christensen explained the bill.
Mr. Jeff Mulitalo, Chief Strategy Officer and Mr. Bart Olsen, Workforce Services H R Director, Department of Human Resource Management, spoke to the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Perry moved to replace H.B. 383 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 383. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-3.
