Chair Buxton called the meeting to order at 8:04 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Anderegg moved to approve the minutes of 02-20-18. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

Sen. Dabakis presented the bill.
Ms. Michelle Corigliano, Director, Salt Lake Area Restaurant Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
Mr. Art Brown, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, spoke in opposition to the bill.
Mr. Doug Hofeling, Salt Lake Area Restaurant Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
Mr. Stan Rasmussen, Vice President, Sutherland Institute, spoke in opposition to the bill.
Ms. Kirsten Park, citizen, spoke in favor of the bill.
Ms. Gayle Ruzicka, Eagle Forum, spoke in opposition to the bill.
Mr. Clif Reagle, Bar Tender, spoke in favor of the bill.

Sen. Mayne moved to pass S.B. 210 out favorably.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to table S.B. 210. The Substitute motion passed with a vote of 3-2-2.
