Rep. Handy presented the bill with the assistance of Mr. Frederick MacDonald, attorney, MacDonald and Miller Mineral Legal Services; Mr. Lee Peacock, President, Utah Petroleum Association; and Mr. Ruland Gill, Chairman, Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining.
MOTION: Rep. Handy moved to amend H.B. 419 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 7-0-4.
