Chair Fillmore called the meeting to order at 9:34 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2018 meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-3.

Rep. Kwan explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Escamilla moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 209 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-3.
