Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
1. H.B. 452 Legislative Fiscal Analyst Amendments (Wilson, B.)
Rep. Brad R. Wilson presented the bill with the assistance of Jonathan Ball, Legislative Fiscal Analyst.
MOTION: Rep. Thurston moved to pass H.B. 452 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 9-0-2.

39         general session of the Legislature next following the election; or

41         issues the proclamation described in Section 20A-7-211; or }
