1. S.B. 68 Driver License and Implied Consent Modifications (Mayne, K.)
Sen. Mayne presented the bill with the assistance of Kim Gibb, Legislative Director, Department of Public Safety.
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to replace S.B. 68 with 1st Substitute S.B. 68. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.
