Chair Weiler called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2019 meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.

Sen. Iwamoto presented the bill with the assistance of Chief Mike Brown, Salt Lake City Police Department and Ms. Wendy Isom, Victim Advocate Coordinator, Salt Lake City Police Department.
Ms. Mara Haight, Executive Director, Rape Recovery Center, spoke in favor of the bill.
