1. H.B. 100 Sexual Violence Protective Orders (Snow, V. L.)
Rep. V. Lowry Snow explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Spencer Walsh, Deputy County Attorney for Cache County, and Dr. Julie Valentine, Assistant Professor at Brigham Young University.
Mr. Stewart Ralphs, Legal Aid Society of SLC, spoke in favor of the bill.
