Chair Snow called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Waldrip moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2019 meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-7.

A handout "State Education Governance Structures: 2017 update" was distributed to the committee.
