1. H.B. 110 Rural Economic Development Incentives (Albrecht, C.)
Rep. Albrecht presented the bill.
Dan Rasmussen, Vice President of Government Affairs, Sutherland Institute, spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Okerlund moved to pass H.B. 110 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-3.

Rep. Spendlove presented the resolution and handouts were distributed.
Doug Owens, Utah Outdoor Partners, spoke in favor of the resolution.
Tom Adams, Director, Office of Outdoor Recreation, spoke in favor of the resolution and presented a video.
Theresa Foxey, President and CEO, Economic Development Corporation of Utah, spoke in favor of the resolution.
MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to pass H.C.R. 7 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

3. S.B. 127 Business Incentives Amendments (Anderegg, J.)
Sen. Anderegg presented the bill with the assistance of Ben Hart, Deputy Director, Governor's Office of Economic Development.
MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to amend S.B. 127 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-1.

71                 (ii) [subject to Subsection (3)(c),] demonstrate that the annual conference described in
72         Subsection (2)(f)(i) met post-performance requirements designated by the administrator
73         regarding:

75                 [(B) new tax revenue to the state; and]
76                 [(C) attendance of out-of-state business prospects; and]
77                 (A) business leads generated by the conference; { and   }
