Mr. Timothy G. Dinehart, Legislative Fiscal Analyst, Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst, presented the Base Budget for Utah Science Technology and Research (USTAR).
Rep. Mike Winder and Rep. Scott D. Sandall added information to the presentation.
Ms. Barbara Araneo, Acting Executive Director, USTAR, described USTAR programs and provided budget information.

MOTION: Sen. Curtis S. Bramble moved to approve the minutes from the Business, Economic Development, and Labor Appropriations Subcommittee meeting on February 6, 2019. The motion passed with a vote of 12-0-5.
