Rep. Christofferson moved to amend 2nd Substitute H.B. 307 with Amendment #1.

2nd Sub. H.B. 307
1.        Page 1, Lines 12 through 16: 
12                 This bill:
13                 ▸         if available and requested by the customer, requires an electrical corporation to
14         provide the nonresidential customer access to the customer's usage data in:
15                         •         15 minute intervals; or
16                         •         the shortest requested interval available through existing meters; and

2.        Page 2, Lines 44 through 50: 
44                 (4) (a) If requested by a nonresidential customer, and to the extent available through
45         existing meters, each electrical corporation shall provide the nonresidential customer access to
46         the customer's usage data.
47                 (b) Each electrical corporation shall provide the access described in Subsection (4)(a)
48         broken down into:
49                 (i) 15 minute intervals; or
50                 (ii) the shortest requested interval available through existing meters.
