MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to approve the minutes of the February 26, 2019 meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.

MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to pass H.B. 94 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 5-1-2.
