1. H.B. 308 Abuse of Process and Demand Letters Amendments (Thurston, N.)
Rep. Norman K. Thurston explained the bill with the assistance of Ms. Cathy Dupont, Administrative Office of the Courts, and Mr. Frank Pignanelli representing the Utah State Bar.
MOTION: Rep. Waldrip moved to go to the next item on the agenda and recommend that the Judiciary Interim Committee study H.B. 308. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-4.

MOTION: Rep. Hutchings moved to end debate. The motion passed with a vote of 11-1-0.
