1. H.B. 409 Changes to the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (Pulsipher, S.)
Rep. Susan Pulsipher presented the bill with the assistance of Joel Coleman, Superintendent, Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.
MOTION: Sen. Riebe moved to pass H.B. 409 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.
