| Brian Steed, Executive Director, Department of Natural Resources, Co-chair, Utah Water Task Force, presented changes, discussed legislative endeavors of the Utah Water Task Force and answered questions from the committee. |
| Phil Dean, Budget Director and Chief Economist, Executive Water Finance Board, and Board Chair, Governor's Office of Management and Budget, discussed the general aims and a brief overview of the Executive Water Finance Board and responded to questions from the committee. |
