1. S.B. 45 Uniform Fiduciary Income and Principal Act Amendments (Hillyard, L.)
MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to replace S.B. 45 with 1st Substitute S.B. 45. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to hold 1st Substitute S.B. 46. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-2.
