Gary Giles, Chief, Orem Police Department, and President, Utah Chiefs of Police Association, discussed the percentage of citations due to distracted driving in Orem. |
Jay Torgersen, Division Chief, Unified Fire Authority, discussed the number of people he has seen who were injured or killed due to distracted drivers. |
Dan Peterson, Fire Chief, Unified Fire Authority, discussed the need for the law. |
