MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes of the February 12, 2020, meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.

Linda Zenger, Digital Citizenship Specialist for Utah PTA, spoke in favor of the original bill but was unfamiliar with the amendment.
Pamela Atkinson, Chair, Utah Coalition Against Pornography, spoke in favor of the bill.
Heather Gibson, resident, spoke in favor of the bill.
Rudyard Johansson, resident, spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Anderegg moved to amend H.J.R. 9 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-3.
