Chair Harper called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Winterton moved to approve the minutes of February 18, 2020. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.

MOTION: Sen. Anderegg moved to replace S.B. 130 with 1st Substitute S.B. 130. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-3.
