MOTION: Sen. Riebe moved to approve the minutes. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-3.

MOTION: Sen. Winterton moved to pass H.B. 259 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-3.

Sen. Anderegg moved to pass 3rd Substitute H.B. 183 out favorably.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Sen. Riebe moved to go to the next item on the agenda. The substitute motion failed with a vote of 1-3-4.
