MOTION: Sen. Riebe moved to approve the minutes of March 2, 2020. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.

MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to replace 2nd Substitute H.B. 242 with 3rd Substitute H.B. 242. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-3.
