Chair Christofferson called the meeting to order at 4:10 pm.
MOTION: Rep. Ward moved to approve the minutes for March 3, 2020. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-4.

Rep. Sandra Hollins explained the bill with the assistance of Edward Thompson, and Bridget Shears, both of the Martin Luther King Commission, and former Rep. Rebecca Chavez-Houck.
MOTION: Rep. Kwan moved to replace H.B. 318 with 1st Substitute H.B. 318. The motion passed unanimously. The motion passed with a vote of 11-0-1.
