Andrew Gruber, Executive Director, Wasatch Front Regional Council, presented on long-term transportation planning and funding.

2b. MAG Transportation and Funding Presentation
Andrew Jackson, Executive Director, Mountainland Association of Governments, presented on corridor preservation.

2c/4a. UDOT Presentation
Naghi Zeenati, Chair, Transportation Commission, and Teri Newell, Deputy Director, Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), presented on the Transportation Commission and on project prioritization and funding, covering the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program as well as the Transportation Investment Fund and the Transit Transportation Investment Fund.

2e. UTA Transportation Planning and Funding Presentation
Carolyn Gonot, Executive Director, Utah Transit Authority, presented on processes for transit planning, development and implementation.
2f. The Point Transportation Planning and Funding Presentation
Alan Matheson, Executive Director, Point of the Mountain State Land Authority, presented on the redevelopment of the Point of the Mountain area, with a focus on the planning phase.

3. Transit District Financing

Andy Yewdell presented on imposed quarters in Utah.
3a. UTA Transit District Financing Presentation
Carlton Christensen, Board of Trustees Chair, Utah Transit Authority, presented on the 5th fifth sales tax option, potential investments and leveraging funding.

3b. CVDT Transit District Financing Presentation
Todd Beutler, CEO and General Manager, Cache Valley Transit District (CVTD), presented on the use of quarters in CVTD, CVTD's current services, and options for funding.
3d. MAG Quarter Update Presentation
Andrew Jackson, Executive Director, Mountainland Association of Governments, gave an overview of transportation funding theory and the quarters.
Andrew Gruber, Executive Director, Wasatch Front Regional Council, discussed quarters and the possibility of the 5th fifth.
Cameron Diehl, Executive Director, Utah League of Cities and Towns, discussed the perspective of cities and towns on transit development and financing.
Lincoln Shurtz, Director of Government Affairs, Utah Association of Counties, discussed the link between land use and transportation infrastructure and the value of collaboration.

4. Road Funding Mechanisms

Tiffany Pocock, Road Usage Charge Program Manager, UDOT, gave an update on the status of the Road Usage Charge Program.

5. Sunset Review: Point of the Mountain Development Commission Act
Andy Yewdell introduced the sunset review for the Point of the Mountain Development Commission Act.
5a. Sunset Review Overview Presentation
Rep. V. Lowry Snow commented on moving this item to the next meeting. The committee moved the sunset review to the October meeting.
