Chair Winterton called the meeting to order at 2:01 pm.
MOTION: Sen. Owens moved to approve the minutes of the March 9, 2020, meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

Sen. Anderegg explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. McKell moved to amend S.B. 12 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 6-1-0.
