Chair Thurston called the meeting to order at 4:18 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2021 and February 17, 2021 meetings. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-5.

15         for COVID-19; { and }
provides exceptions to the prohibition in this bill; and

2.        Page 2, Line 58 through Page 3, Line 62: 
58                 (4) Subsection (2) does not include:
59                 (a) facilitating the distribution, dispensing, administration, coordination, or provision
60         of an emergency COVID-19 vaccine; { or   }
(b) an employee of a governmental entity who is:
(i) acting in a health or medical setting; and
(ii) required to receive vaccinations in order to perform the employee's assigned duties and responsibilities; or
61                 { (b) } (c) enforcement by a governmental entity of a non-discretionary requirement under
62         federal law.
