Chair Johnson called the meeting to order at 8:06 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. McKell moved to approve the minutes from February 18, 2021. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-3.

MOTION: Chair Johnson moved to replace S.B. 184 with 2nd Substitute S.B. 184. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.
