Chair Snider called the meeting to order at 4:11 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Lyman moved to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2021 meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 10-0-4.

Rep. Stratton moved to replace H.B. 375 with 3rd Substitute H.B. 375.
Rep. Chew moved a substitute motion to accept the motion expressed by Rep. Stratton minus the part referring to existing language.
Rep. Stratton withdrew his motion and invited Rep.Chew to withdraw his motion.
Rep. Chew withdrew his substitute motion.
Rep. Stratton withdrew his motion to substitute H.B. 375 with a 3rd Substitute.
MOTION: Rep. Stratton moved to replace H.B. 375 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 375. The motion passed with a vote of 11-0-3.
